Proven experience in undertaking job analysis, design of job families and job architecture

Strong English Language skill, both oral and written.

Manage small to medium projects and client expectations, and raise appropriate issues to Senior Consultants/Directors 

Project lead small to medium complexity projects with oversight from senior consultants, taking responsibility for overall project success

Contribute to new business development by developing proposals and statements of work, project plans and budgets 

Partner with analyst level team members to review work, provide guidance and insight 

4+ year(s) hands on experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.

Language skills: Fluent or native Bahasa (Indonesian or Malay), and business fluent English.

6+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience

OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience

OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience

Technical Depth: Expert level technical knowledge of relevant products and solutions (or their alternatives):

Significant experience in professional client relationship management.

Min 2 years of working experience as Sales / Marketing in Influencer Marketing, Digital Advertising, Advertising Agency, Media, Publishers.

Rich experience in influencer marketing, especially micro-influencer marketing.

Excellent digital product knowledge; Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM and Social Media Marketing.

Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.

Good interpersonal abilities, outgoing personality who can thrive in a team.
