Customer Development Operations Finance Manager Jobs

Minimum 0-1 years of experience in Customer Operations or related positions

Experience in responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat.

Good communication and presentation skill.

Conduct the standards and procedures that apply in communicating with customers.

Processing customer request, clarifying information, and resolving every problem, to provide alternative solutions related.

Documenting all interactions with customers in the Call Center Database (CRM), for further use if needed.

Bertanggung jawab dalam menyelesaikan isu/kendala eskalasi yang berkaitan dengan user atau mitra kerja (ekspedisi)

Bertanggung jawab menjaga hubungan dengan user dan mitra kerja (ekspedisi)

· Strong account management skills, able to uncover customer needs and sell solutions.

· Acquires knowledge on how the customers use USP products and identify areas for potential new business.

· Excellent interpersonal, communications, and planning skills required.

· Experience in an analytical laboratory desired.

· Experience in utilizing digital media for outreach campaign desired

· Experience delivering oral presentations to groups of people desired.

Bachelor's Degree with Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in Customer Development / Key Account from Retail or FMCG

Proven ability in sales strategy, data analysis, communication and presentation skills

3 - 5 years experience in Customer Development / Key Account from Retail or FMCG

Target oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivated

Able to work under pressure and achieve Monthly Sales Target

to organize, monitoring, and expand our customer base and achieve sales target.
