- Ensure that specifications, analysis methods, procedures, and documentation are appropriate and in line with industry requirements.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.

- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Updating specification and analytical methods based on the recent reference, compendial, and regulations.

Docking regional customers, customer relationship maintenance and management;

Responsible for team management and department work planning.

Willing to accept challenges and accept new things, with customer thinking and coordination skills;

Possess customer thinking and coordination skills, and have a good teamwork spirit;

Feedback market and customer demand information in a timely manner to promote internal system or process transformation;

Responsible for the docking and collection of accounts receivable from developed customers;

Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities

Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.

Introducing new products to expand customer experience
