Manage the overall flow of CRM knowledge - learning and development for all team members.

Bachelor's degree from a reputable university or equivalent practical experience

At least 6 years of experience working in the CRM or direct marketing field

Experience in crafting marketing, communication, and business strategy

Experience in end-to-end campaign development, from planning, executing, and reporting

Advance knowledge of PLM (Product Life Cycle Management) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) are required for this position

Experienced as a project manager minimum 3 years
