Responsible for compiling and updating the Regulatory Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RRCSA)

Coordinate and review the making of the RRCSA with related work units.

Create a work plan for the Non-AML Review Program according to the risk assessment results from the RRCSA.

Monitoring and coordinating the implementation of Electronic Communication Surveillance

Has a working knowledge of PLP products and transmission/distribution systems.

High school diploma with some additional technical course work or working knowledge in a technical capacity. Engineering tech degree preferred

Minimum one-year experience in a technical environment preferred.

Reviews inspection images and perform a detailed evaluation

Identifies anomalies and classifies assets

Analyzes and thermally tunes infrared images.

Develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in rating methodologies.

Develop and maintain user requirements, parameters and configurations of rating systems.

Engage with auditors and regulators to ensure compliance with relevant requirements

Experience of reporting in a Financial environment.

Build credit risk modelling, analytics and reporting for retail consumer segment.

Collaborate closely with product team to determine how technology help to detect and reduce risk.

Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably Economics, Management, Administration and Accounting.

Min. 4 years relevant experience in banking industry, especially in credit / secured loan.

To check credit disbursement approvals and to ensure Credit Disbursement Media are complied with the regulations.

To conduct and prepare collateral assessment reports are complied with regulations.

To perform reporting for internal and external parties overview in a timely and accurate manner.

To ensure and validate credit administration centralization (pre/post commercial & consumer credit).

Stay current with all regulatory changes and requirements around AML & KYC obligations.

Be responsible to help in the name screening of our client for any PEPs, RCAs, Adverse news hits.

Fresh Graduate or Final year students from Top-Universities in Indonesia or Overseas.

Excellent command of English both verbal and written - English is the main language used in the company and with clients.

Able to operate with flexibility and independently in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and collaborative environment.

Can focus on a task and remain attentive to detail.

Receive litigation cases from audit team and provide support to prioritize cases for analysis based on pre-defined criteria

Research and analyze laws, regulations and policies depending on each case for proper analysis

Receive any arising objections from concerned parties, coordinate with custom appeals analysts for technical analysis and escalate complex issues when needed

Assist in drafting communications to traders related to final decisions taken, extract lessons learned and highlight inefficiencies for improvement purposes

Communicate decisions to concerned parties ensuring alignment with expectations, report on implementation and highlight areas for improvement
