Credit Processing Specialist Jobs

Minimum diploma education degree (S1) from any major

Conduct site visits and data verification

Expertise in carbon credit projects, strong project management skills, stakeholder management abilities, analytical proficiency and up-to-date knowledge of international carbon markets.

Lead the definition and planning of project certification requirements.

Deep understanding of various carbon verifiers and registers, including knowledge of their specific requirements, procedures, and documentation processes.

Conduct research and cross-check qualifications under carbon standards.

Conduct site visits and manage stakeholder engagements.

Excellent knowledge of international carbon standards and principles, along with familiarity with common carbon methodologies.

As a member of the Risk Monitoring Committee & Risk Management Committee.

Prepare and present business updates and financial analyses to BoD, BoC, Risk Management Committee, and Risk Monitoring Committee

Excellent writing, oral presentation and communication skills

Monitor the credit performance of loans

Perform project-based tasks related to credit business, i.e. credit underwriting, credit insurance

Monitor the insurance registration and claim process of Loan

Understand the concept of DBMS (Database Management System)

Having minimum 2 years of experience

Have administrative skills properly and thoroughly

Design and implement data systems and maintain the system

Build systems to collect, process, and validate data

Build a database to meet the needs of the company

Have a strong skill in excel analytics and familiar or advance (preferred) with database management (SQL, SAS).

Pre-disbursement checking to ensure compliance with all requirements specified in the credit approval.

Disbursement documents checking, including the disbursement instructions.

Make a disbursement instruction sheet and send it to the loan transaction.

Checking debtor information (IDEB SLIK) according to the request of the relevant work unit.

Have a good understanding of credit products and processes, especially productive credit

Conducting logistic studies in order to verify financial feasibility of project implementations / alterations, supporting strategic management decisions.

Associate degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related discipline

Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks.

Relevant Knowledge, Skills And Competencies

3 to 5 experiences in logistics field

Hands on experience on L/C operations

Experience in change management, and/or project management

2-5 years of relevant experience

Effective verbal and written skills

Effective communication and analytical skills

Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Create customized transaction services reports based on data analysis

Experienced in financial analysis, portfolio management and strong analytical skills.

Minimum 2-3 years work experience related to financial analytics, portfolio management and provisioning and minimum 5 years working in Financial Institutions.

Providing the money supply team on partner’s request and portfolio management in order to support the money supply projects.

Self-starter, adaptive to dynamic changes, punctual in deliveries, good self-management, proactive, meticulous, and self-motivated.

Working closely with the RGM and Finance team in relation to budgeting and reserve as credit risk PIC.

Experienced in creating senior-level presentations materials, and complex yet clear reports.

2yrs above experience in data processing : Excel, MySQL, MS Access, Phyton

Statistic Background or have strong knowledge with Statistic

Follow up, monitor, and execute request or change from clients and/or internal team

Build data processing tools to provide client database, report, and dashboard

Accountable for executing, process and technology with a goal of delivering high quality and on-time data according to internal SLAs

Identify problems; determine root cause as well as short- and long-term resolution
