Minimum Qualifications of the Successful NPSA

Secondary education is required, or

Brainstorm and research ideas for original content

Skills required : Adobe Family (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro & After Effects), Video Editing, Social Media Management and related fields.

Produce creative & entertaining material which benefit company 'Through the Line' (TTL)

Creating, designing and updating content for company

Bachelor's Degree (S1) / Fresh Graduates / final-year students

Editing and integrating audio to enhance the overall learning experience.

Basic knowledge of Adobe Animate/Flash, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Strong design skills, including animation and video editing, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.

Developing engaging e-learning modules, including LMS Interactive SCORM modules and video learning, based on provided storyboards.

Creating visually appealing icons and illustrations for the modules.

Fresh Graduate or a Bachelor's Degree student, preferably with a background in a relevant field.

Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to take on multiple roles and responsibilities as needed in a dynamic startup environment.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.

Create visually appealing and engaging multimedia designs, including graphics, illustrations, animations, and videos.
