Job Description

Responsible for creating creative concepts and translating ideas and concepts into quality fashion products and plays an important role in fostering team creativity.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze each design or finished product in terms of materials used, accessories and sewing quality
  • Actively research on the latest and upcoming fashion trends.
  • Make plans with the team about current trends so they can be drafted for next season, including concept, quality, strategy, until product launching.
  • Decide what design to make, what will appeal to the target market, and how the concept will get to production.
  • Provide direction to the creative team and manage the design process to production.


Qualifications

  • Work location in Karawaci, Tangerang (full WFO).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and smart.
  • Bachelor degree in Fashion Designer.
  • Min. 4 years experience in the same field / fashion.
