Graphic Design Supervisor Jobs

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Create, review and approve design concepts, layouts, and final artwork to ensure they meet quality standards and align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with other division to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
• Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging innovation and maintaining a positive team morale.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance team capabilities and improve design processes.
• Assign projects to designers based on their skill set, workload, and availability, while considering the individual strengths and interests of each team member.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize workloads, and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and address any performance issues within the team.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of graphic designers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure their professional growth and development.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Min. 3 years of experience in related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer Supervisor or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges in a fast-paced environment
• In-depth knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, layout, animation, photography & videography.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a creative team.
