Creative Manager Jobs

Responsibilities

1.Able to manage and supervising Quality Control all phases of creative development work from concept to completion.

2.Oversees the creation of art, copy, and layout for creative projects.

3.Able to manage team and recognize each potentials of the team member.

4.Has a good taste and meticulous attention for details.

5.Becoming the think tank partner for Creative Director to build brand story and maintain its consistency

6.Able to work under pressure with such amount of limited time

Qualifications

1.BA in Graphic, Digital Media, Visual Communication Design or related field (or equivalent experience)

2.A deep understanding of design principles with strong attention to detail.

3.Experience in brand identity design, data visualization and illustration is also valued

4. Ability to keep up with current trends in digital design, development and communication technologies

5. An initiator, with a positive attitude and collaborative personality.

6. The ability to define and document great user-centered digital experiences

7.Experience supervising junior or production designers

8.The ability to clearly and confidently present works in front of both internal and external audiences

9.Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite—in particular Photoshop and Illustrator

10.Knowledge of Adobe After Effect, Premiere, and/or Animation softwares is a plus.

11.Knowledge of HTML, CSS and/or JavaScript is a plus

12.Have 5 years experience in related field
