Minimal lulusan D3 Penilik Kesehatan atau D4/S1 Kesehatan Lingkungan/Teknik Lingkungan/Teknik Sanitasi

Memiliki Ijazah Profesi Kesehatan Lingkungan

Memiliki STRTS (Surat Tanda Registrasi Tenaga Sanitarian) yang masih aktif

Mempunyai pengalaman dibidang pekerjaan yang sama minimal 2 tahun

Siap bekerja dengan jadwal shift

Mempunyai kemampuan komunikasi yang baik

A minimum of 5-7 years of clinical nursing experience, with progressive responsibilities.

Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education and support to facilitate informed decision-making about their care.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent. Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is preferred.

Demonstrated leadership experience, such as charge nurse, unit supervisor, or assistant head nurse.

Proved min. 2 years of experience in Marketing

Coordinate and implement sales & marketing programs to enlarge business segment.

Strengthen brand awareness in society, align with marketing programs.

Work closely with related departments to develop new packages / services that is in line with the trend.

Build long-term partnerships with various stakeholders to develop the hospital business.

Build cross-functional relationships with organizational stakeholders to understand products, services, and industry trend to develop focused communications programs.

Conduct initial history and education regarding the IVF program for new patients.

Providing Counseling and Education Program Classes to patients who will do the IVF program.

Job Desc Staff Nurse Marketing :

Follow up data on patients who have failed IUI and IVF from the Analyst Department.

Follow up patients who participate in marketing activities to become IVF patients.

Follow up on patients who have done insemination twice, to continue.

To deputise for senior staff in their absence, demonstrating leadership and management

UKCC Registration and PREP requirements

ENB course/experience relevant to specialist area is desirable

Knowledge of relevant NMC/national guidelines, policies and procedures (Code of conduct)

Experience in sport medicine, orthopaedics and / or outpatient services is desirable.

Experience with Datix reporting system.

Preceptorship nurses are also encouraged to apply, and a full preceptorship programme is offered by the Trust.
