Produce training proposals and reports to enable strategic decision making by senior management team

Deliver training and coaching to new and existing account managers.

Organize physical and digital resources for account managers and trainers

A Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Degree in Business, educational, Psychology or a related field

Experience as a classroom instructor is a must.

Design a process which includes assessing learner’s needs, define learning objectives, environment and content, implement the training and evaluate the effectiveness.

Kemampuan untuk membangun dan memelihara hubungan kerja yang efektif dengan rekan kerja, manajer dan klien.

Ensuring sales targets are met and promptly reporting any deviations to the management

Bachelor's degree in commercial or finance focus

Prior experience in a similar administrative role is preferred

Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices to ensure seamless transactions

Contacting clients to obtain any missing information or answer their queries promptly and professionally

Liaising with the Logistics department to coordinate and ensure timely deliveries to our customers

Melakukan survey kepada calon konsumen untuk mendapatkan data dan informasi untuk pelaporan hasil survey

Memonitoring proses kredit konsumen sampai dengan pelunasan

Berpengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang marketing pembiayaan kendaraan niaga

Menyukai pekerjaan lapangan & bersedia bekerja dengan target

Komunikatif, dan mampu bernegosiasi dengan baik

Has good communication skill & high responsibility, learn fast and can perform multitask to meet tight schedule

Responsible to analyze, verify and record accounting journals into the system

Ensuring each vessel comply with charterer requirement

Updating vessel locations (Time arrival, departure, berthing.)

Provide vessel operation daily report

Distribute vessel daily report update to related Dept. (Marine, Technical, Purchasing, Logistic)

Follow up for every incoming request from charterer

Ensuring logistic supply are timely manner (Bunker, fresh water.)
