Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools

Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle

Support implementation of changes in the organization by working with Project Managers and senior stakeholders

Strong communication skills in English, conceptual ability and ability to work well with stakeholders at all levels.

Professional experience in Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) 

Excellent interpersonal skills and the confidence to deal with people at all levels

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Analytical, with good business and finance acumen

Good knowledge and understanding of sales processes, tools, and methodologies

Experience with quote tools is an advantage

Previous sales or sales operations and enablement experience in a business to business sales environment

Past experience building sales metrics and models (e.g. pipeline and forecast models)

Proven strong experience in business development, sales, or a similar role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders in the fashion industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities within the fashion industry.

Generate leads and identify potential fashion brands, retailers, and ecommerce platforms through targeted outreach, networking events, industry conferences, and partnerships.

Qualify leads and prospects based on predefined criteria, and develop strategies to convert them into customers.

Identify and evaluate potential strategic partnerships with fashion brands, retailers, and ecommerce platforms to expand the company's reach and customer base.
