Internship Journalist for collage student of minimum 6th semester (Major in Journalism or Communication)

Gather information for newsworthy stories through observation , interviews, reseach and investigation

Attend and report event if needed

Write and report news or stories (including editing and submitting)

Have own vehicle and laptop

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary documentation and information for KYB assessments.

Conduct follow-up activities with existing and prospective clients, addressing inquiries, collecting feedback, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and KYB processes in our CRM system.

Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance client engagement and retention.

Support Customer Manager to proceed of material approval in Content Lab system

Good communication skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Prepare data and analytics in monthly BAR system budget reconciliation.

Support in commercial function, actively involved in event preparation, event execution and follow up data to sales team

Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical or science.

Excellent in Microsoft office, graphic design, and HTML

drawing for architecture and civil in 2D and 3D

fluent in Autocad, and 3D software

speaks indonesian and english, written and oral

- Data management (Excel simple)

- Having good skills in Communication

- Experience in counseling in a plus point

Familiarity with Customer Experience/User Experience studies, both qualitatively (interviews, usability testing, etc.) and quantitatively (surveys, data analysis)

Have problem solving skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and collect feedback for design iteration

Assist quantitative studies such as surveys to evaluate the impact of product changes

Study competitor platforms and market trends to identify opportunities

Explore and adapt new research practices to improve the team’s effectiveness and speed

Bachelor’s Degree of Psychology, Sosiology, Computer Science or IT Field

Knowledge and understanding of air conditioning and mechanical system in general

Superior skills in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD

Fluent in English, both written and orally

Confident and independent in thinking, leading, and collaborating with the project team

The ability to use AutoDesk Revit (BIM) is a plus

We expect the successful candidate to have the following:

Last year students or fresh graduate in any related fields

Good understanding of Ms Office (esp Excel) is a plus

Able to communicate in English

Able to stick to time constraints and working with detail
