Min. 3 years working experience as City Coordinator/City Head. Preferably having experience in a reputable Fashion Retail Company.

Responsible for store sales in the city area.

Responsible for running store operations.

Carry out instructions and arrange goods according to procedures.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, with advanced knowledge of functions such as PIVOT and VLOOKUP

Demonstrated experience in managing large data sets

Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate process recommendations in operational areas

Implement local business processes as needed to optimize customer experience on our platform for each customer segment

Manage the operational budget according to the target

Build the local sales team and optimize the process to grow job listings in each targeted area

Discover and execute local marketing opportunities while collaborating with the central marketing team to bring jobseekers to our platform

Discover localization potential and work with the central team to deliver it

Day to day management of F2F inhouse Team program in city

Ensure the Performance Management system for F2F inhouse Team

Manage disciplinary issues of the F2F inhose Team that fall outside of the system

Oversee the timely and accurate administration, results reporting, finance reports and other reports demands.

Lead and Manage F2F National Travel Trip

7+ years of management experience required in a sales/customer service role, preferably in Freight Forwarding, 3PL, or Trucking Services

Identifying market trends and competitive rate actions and communicating those trends to management.

University Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience highly preferred

Team player with ability to work with cross-functional teams and all levels of management

Experience in industry with sales and business development required, with ocean and air freight sales experience highly preferred

Excellent customer service and execution skills
