Demonstrated experience of attracting, developing & retaining talent and building and maintaining high performance teams.

Relevant experience in a B2C service industry, engaging with customers, delivering service excellence, and creating brand loyalty.

Work closely with the CEO, shareholders, and board to translate strategic goals and initiatives into actionable plans.

3 or more years of insurance sales experience

Actively manage daily work processes of designated territory to achieve operational and strategic objectives.

Licensed to sell insurance in the states where required

Analyze needs, develop and recommend alternatives for improvements to processes, customer service or products.

Lead short term (3 to 9 months), defined scope projects.

Develop and maintain profitable relationships with new and existing customers.

Knowledge of requirements within insurance industry regulatory environment

Bachelor degree and 3 or more years of experience in the General Insurance Sales area

Knowledge of principles of sales, sales techniques, and sales terminology

The ability to be licensed to sell insurance in the states where required

Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan, S2 dibidang bisnis lebih diprioritaskan

Berpengalaman menangani project - project dalam skala besar baik nasional maupun global
