Deliver excellent customer service, and keep up high level SLA by responding swiftly to queries and concerns from clients

Prepare all documents relating to the rental unit

Plan and map potential area for new stores opening, aligned with Top Management and Mitra's request

Analyze and report Location data to Top Management

Have good relationship with Mall management

Solid technical background and managerial skills
