Minimum 2 years of work experience in QC/QA and supplier management.

Quality management certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ) are desirable.

Collaborate with the QC/QA Manager to develop and update quality documentation, such as inspection reports and quality control records.

Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, inspection techniques, and statistical analysis.

Experience providing technical support and resolving quality-related issues.

Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers.

Mahir dalam mengoperasi Microsoft Office (Excel, Word dan Powerpoint)

Paham mengoperasikan SAP system lebih diutamakan.

Teliti, akurat, komunikatif, cekatan dan memiliki inisiatif tinggi.

Works closely with Cash Allocation Back Office and Credit Management.

To process collections to meet requirements of service level agreements, and to comply with both internal control and credit policy requirements.

Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager from time to time

Minimum 2 years collection experience.

Knowledge regarding aspects pertaining to Credit would be added advantage
