Strong econometric skills and broad experience in undertaking econometric analysis of survey data would be highly desired

At least 1 years of considerable experience of working with survey data

Proven STATA programming skill is required (proficiency in SQL, R, and Python will be prioritized)

Strong writing skills and communication skills are highly desired

A bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, or any other related field of study is required

Familiarity with survey research literature, methods, and processes would be an asset

Preferably 1-4 years of experience in inside sales/business development and/or lead generation.

Must have previous experience with cold outreach or demonstrated outreach ability.

Ready to work fully remote, following US time zone (GMT-5), which is equivalent to around 20.00 WIB to 05.00 WIB (midnight)

Attend trade shows and conferences, while acting as an ambassador of Funk Futures by engaging face-to face with our target market.

Passionate in sales, especially in direct sales, cold-calling, hunting-type sales.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience required; advanced degree preferred

Eight years of experience providing leadership in programs of similar scope and complexity in Asia

Extensive experience in one or more of the technical areas listed above in the context of MSME intermediation preferred

Experience in Indonesia or other South/Southeast Asian countries is required

Previous experience with MCC or other donor-funded programs is preferred

Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and English required

Demonstrated knowledge of NDCs and NBSAPs, and processes relevant to ocean and coastal ecosystems under the UNFCCC and CBD

Exceptional research skills and access to academic and other literature

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (with preference for Bahasa Indonesia, as well)

Knowledge of financial mechanisms, including market mechanisms, for driving investment in mitigation actions, including coastal nature-based solutions

Competence in the use of standard Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Validity of bid. 120 days from the submission deadline.

·Perform compliance screening and manage document requirements for shipping in JAPAC.

·Learn remote staging of eval devices.

·Have experience in import/export details for the JAPAC market.

·At least 2 years of professional working experience is desirable.

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

·Some knowledge of International Trade and terms.

Climate adaptation and disaster risk data management (including GIS)

Degree in international development, climate resilience, or another relevant field. Advanced degree preferred. Relevant experience accepted in lieu of advanced degree.

Demonstrated record of successful performance in at least one of the following technical areas (experience in Indonesia preferred):

Experience leading or working with USAID or other donor-funded teams is a plus.
