Memonitor progress pencapaian kerja masing-masing line produksi dan melaporkan kepada atasan sehingga menjadi bahan pertimbangan dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja secara menyeluruh

Melaksanakan pekerjaan sesuai dengan persyaratan K3LL dan cara kerja aman yang berlaku untuk pekerjaannya masing-masing

Memiliki kemampuan analisa, business process, pengetahuan K3LL yang baik

Prepare a periodic report and presentation to the upper management to review ongoing initiativ

Min. 1 year of relevant experience in Business Analyst or similar fields.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, structured problem solving, and draw meaningful conclusions.

Experience in developing financial models for forecasting and simulations.

Collect, clean, and analyze large data sets to support business decisions

Derive and structure solutions to issues at hand through data driven approaches

Demonstrated project management skill, including developing a project plan, schedule, dependency identification, status reporting, and issue resolution

Prepare financial models, valuation estimates, management discussion, and presentations that may involve customized reports requiring in-depth analysis and commentary.

Manage relationship and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up to date on project progress

Advanced degree (e.g. MBA) and/or a professional qualification (e.g. CFA, CPA, CMA) is preferred

Strong facilitation skills: ability to organize, plan and facilitate meetings on problem solving and decision making

Identify the requirement and propose a good alternative solution to client's requirement

Special interest in accounting and finance, business process optimization, and business software

What skills and experience do you need?

Assist the business analysts in gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements for various projects

Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that delivered solutions meet business requirements

Provide support to the business analysts and project managers as needed

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Good knowledge in Microsoft Office.

Devise and assess procedures and methods for data collection, including opinion polls, surveys and questionnaires.

Final year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, Information System or Technology Industry.

Interest in research, observation of consumer behavior and culture.

Last year students in communication or any related fields

Good understanding of Ms Office

Able to stick to time constraints and working with detail
