Identifying and developing new lines of business based on customer behavior.

Developing client relationships and strengthening industry partnerships.

10 or more years of experience in used car financing business, secured financing and lending, not only mortgage or personal loan

Experience as individual contributor and building a team from scratch

Great negotiation skills and fluency in English is a must

Understand how the collateral works, including collateral base lending, cash loan, and secure financing

Build a secured lending team together with other product team and managing other stakeholders within the internal and external company

Ensure the sales activity performed with good and right by a team of sales distributors

Ensure the handling of products in warehouses and transport distributors are conducted in accordance with the standard specified

Support promotional program that has been planned by the Marketing Team

Performing the duties of other in accordance with the discretion of the company

Having knowledge for Car Finance business

Manage work processes at the branch, including sales and collection

Excel in Microsoft Office (Ms Word, Ms Excel)

Large business network at car marketing

Managing and developing the car marketing business in branches/networks

Develop and supervise cooperative relationships with dealers
