3+ years' store management (MOD) experience at F&B Industry

Min. Diploma degree or equivalent experience

Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.

Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability

Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance

Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store

Min. 5 years experience in the bank/multi-finance/fintech industry

Strong networking with banks, multi-finance / other financial services.

Work closely with the tech team to develop financing products in the e-commerce ecosystem.

Determined the financing business process and monitored the process regularly

Develop financing business plan, target, growth, and revenue projections

Identifying new financing business opportunities in the ecosystems.

Manage store's good image and suggest ways to improve it

Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction

Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints

Regularly review product quality and research new vendors

Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity

Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products

Experienced in selling software, solutions at least in the past 3 to 5 years

Hunter sales mindset, experienced in B2B sales activities

Responsible for sales planning, and conducting end-to-end sales activities

Market mapping, building network for both long term and short term projects

B2B marketing - increase product awareness in Indonesia market

Develop new customers based in Indonesia local market

Prior experience in project management and associated best practice

Prepare grant proposals, manage grant applications, and ensure timely reporting and compliance with donor requirements.

Firm knowledge of best practices and experience in managing donor relationship

Ability to use PMEL in adaptive management of projects including the development of projects or program theory of change

Salary that is commensurate with experience and skills

Provide expert advice and assistance, including training and strategy development, to Indonesia managers, and support fundraising strategies in the Global Offices.
