Bachelor degree in any Major;

Min. 2 years of experience in business development, sales, real estate, or related fields.

Experience in startup companies would be a plus

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing property owners

Ensures sales activities and handle specific sales events or projects to improve sales performance

Bachelor's Degree from Management or Finance

Designing & implementing an overall risk management process.

Excellence communication & presentation skills

Conducting extensive, accurate analysis of organization existing business operations.

Perform gap analysis, gathering data & developing solutions meet business needs.

Write detailed report based on recommendations & communicate findings.

Minimum education D3/S1 all majors

Have good communication and interpersonal skills

Having experience as a marketing in the property sector is preferred

Facilitate consumers in fulfilling administrative requirements for purchasing company products

Explain housing product knowledge to prospective customers

Able to work individually or with a team
