Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the New Capital / Digital Government space

strong experience in both direct account management and sales channel/distributor management

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, generate reports, and provide regular updates to senior management on business development progress.

Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies that could impact fire safety requirements within the government sector.

Continuously seek feedback from government clients and incorporate insights to refine product offerings and business development strategies.

10+ years of sales/business development experience within the Government/BUMN sector

Experience in similar business such as fire safety and security

Drives and monitors key business development programs.

Supports effectiveness of sales organizations via strategic initiatives / projects.

Represents company's interests with government officials and industry associations representatives and other relevant stakeholders and act as a trusted partner.

Builds and maintain a strong network with relevant decision makers and political influencers.

Drives key initiatives and communication embedded in the overall Corporate Communications strategy and ensures implementation in own area of responsibility.

Monitors relevant legislation and proposes and/or implement communication activities towards political stakeholders.

Experience working in the Indonesian government or dealing with Indonesian government departments.

Liaison with different govt depts like ESDM, industry ministry, trade ministry etc for various business processes

Connect us with various govt representatives of above depts including senior staff and personnel. Arrange meetings for us as required.

Provide us feedback on various govt regulations and rule changes applicable for our business such as import quota etc

Processing and tracking various application of company like import quota permit and providing assistance for similar activities for Business.

Has good contacts with current govt depts and their senior personnel
