Bertanggungjawab atas akurasi data pelanggan yang telah diinput di sistem (‘Customer Contact Management').

Melakukan input transaksi penjualan sesuai SOP administrasi penjualan.

Memastikan laporan-laporan terkait penjualan diselesaikan tepat waktu dan akurat.

Memastikan arsip administrasi penjualan lengkap dan rapi.

Dapat menggunakan komputer dengan lancar dan excellent

Memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam mengoperasikan excel

•Identify opportunity and location sourcing for NTB booth deployment

•Perform deployment prospect and pipeline tracking duties

•Build, monitor and continuously refresh deployment database

•Perform daily monitoring of booth schedule

•Responsible for scheduling deal meetings, coordinating logistics for booth deployment, and maintaining calendar of activities

•Maintain compliance and legal standards set forth by business

Ensure all team members are 100% certified for all required certifications

Responsible for the fulfillment and onboarding training of the team head and sales team under their supervision

Ensure sales processes follow current SOPs and SLAs, by mitigating all sales risks (zero tolerance) and improving sales discipline

Lead the Cadence of Operations (SOW, EOW, SOD &; EOD) together with the team head and build a strong sales culture.

Coordinate with all team members under supervision including the Relationship Officer (RO) and conduct training procedures for SOPs and SLAs
