Organizational Abilities: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple displays and adapt to changing themes.

Brand Alignment: Ensure that window displays align with the brand's identity, values, and messaging to create a consistent brand experience.

Proven experience in visual merchandising, window display design, or a related creative field within the fashion retail industry.

Trend Savviness: Up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends and the ability to incorporate them into displays.

Strong Communication: Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey the brand's message through displays.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in using design software and tools for creating mockups and layouts (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

 Working closely with customers to determine and capture their requirements

 Making recommendations about how to satisfy customer requirements using Gleematic

 Open to Fresh Graduates and Intern Experience in B2B sales
