Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, payroll administration, and benefits enrollment.

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any field, preferably in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or Industrial Engineering.

Manage performance appraisal, career planning & development.

Preparing and distributing relevant HR letters/documents as per requirement.

Minimum 3-4 years experience as an HR Generalist/Operations, experienced in a fast-paced start-up industry will be a plus.

In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

Knowledge of statistical techniques in a natural resource management context.

Demonstrated advanced aptitude in Excel and/or other data management software and report writing.

Train staff on techniques to ensure skillsets are sustained within Revalue

Experience with the carbon market and existing carbon methodologies (e.g. VERRA)

Knowledge of UNFCCC frameworks and climate change policy

Experience working or living in developing countries.

5-8 years' experience in Business Operations Management

Experience working with task management platforms, past experience with Wrike or similar platforms a plus

Leadership experience and evidence that you can excellently manage and motivate teams

Experience/knowledge of Lean process methods would be an advantage

Manage the Operations team members and objectives, and serve as right hand to the COO

Manage and optimise the overall operational activities of the company, proactively identify operational gaps and drive operational efficiency and effectiveness

Designing and implementing our performance management cycle

Experience of and willingness to work with remote global teams in an effective manner

Experience of managing compensation, benefits and payroll issues

3-5 years of experience in HR

Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills and must be detail orientated

Unbeatable work flexibility and balance (global team, remote working)
