Experience in client manager/consultant or teacher positionswill be an advantage.
Act as Student's contact point to advise students on the company's educational programs, course consultation, and handling complaints/objection
Student support in the online educational system (ie User LMS creation and address student's system troubleshooting)
Ensuring and implementing the educational process (ie sending educational materials, controlling the schedule, motivating students to complete courses on time, etc.)
Assistance to speakers/mentors in providing feedback on homework to students
