• Developing and implementing business plans and strategies

• Overseeing customer service operations
• Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Assisting with the recruitment and training of staff
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures
• Analyzing data and making recommendations for improvement
