Minimum of 5 years experience in General Affairs, Asset Management, or a related field

Strong knowledge of the procurement process of office supplies and asset management

Lead our asset & inventory team by providing direction, training, and ongoing performance management

Stay informed about industry trends and developments related to asset management, and make recommendations for process improvements

Identify risks within the scope of asset management

Develop sustainable plans to minimize risk in the asset management function

Minimum 13 years of working experience

Passionate and knowledgeable in capital market

International experience and exposure an advantage.

Progressive working environment|Strong financial foundation from the company

A minimum of Bachelor's degree in relevant field from reputable university

High proficiency in Mandarin and English.

Good knowledge, management and coordination of S&OP process

Strong influencing and stakeholder engagement skills; able to manage multiply stakeholders across functions and geographies

Wider cross-functional experience preferable e.g. Commercial, Finance or Supply.

Analyse & manage volume & overlays assumptions with cross functional teams

Excellent analytical, organizational and decision making skills

Ability to challenge senior stakeholders and manage tension in S&OP conversations.

Support the water functional departments to define resources, timescales and costs to deliver the asset management objectives

Monitor asset capitalization to ensure alignment with the asset management plans

Ensure asset standards are defined to deliver water sector strategy and optimum asset lifecycle management

Develop the 5 years investment planning in compliance with the regulatory requirements

Liaise with the functional water business areas to define asset investment requirements and prioritise needs

Minimum of 10 years of experience in asset investment planning
