-Handle for claim report and follow up.

Previous account management experience B2B / B2G is a plus

Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs

Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform

Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role

Having experience in sales administration (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Candidate must have a high school diploma or a bachelor's degree in any field.

Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word).

Manage product listings, inventory, and pricing to ensure accurate and timely updates across all online sales channels

2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, online sales, or digital marketing

Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Tokopedia, Shopee, and Tiktok

Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive sales growth

Passion for coffee and knowledge of the coffee industry is a plus
