To prepare the 6 (six) key activities and feasibility study, Indonesia will establish an assistance team and a leadership team:

Experience of Programming, Project management

Proven experience in programming, team management, and project management are required.

Coordinate & input initiatively within Project Management Team, Mobile App Team, Design Team, Sales Team, and Client

Understand about PHP (Laravel & WordPress), Vue.js, Testing, Project Management, Server, Database

Analyze client requirements & provide best solution

Control projects & manage development team (including technical & mental support)

Experience in project management (preferred)

Project Management Certification (PMP) (preferred)

Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools.

Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks.

Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed.

Track record in project management

- Manage and coach the project team

- At least 10 years of working experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in English

- Technical meetings/negotiations with customers and selection and negotiation of appropriate materials and subcontractors

- Involve in Project Procurement process.

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical)

Meeting with clients to understand their project goals.

Maintain a good relationship with clients as well as delivering their needs.
