Minimum 5 years of experience in driving a commercial (sales) and partnership team within a financial technology and/or multi-finance companies

Min 2 years experience to handle M&A as adviser (not internal M&A)

Providing M&A advisory services to Japanese investors who want to invest into Indonesian companies with collaborating SMBC group including Bank BTPN.

Advises how to deal with M&A projects and supporting documentation relevant to M&A procedures.

Negotiation with a target company.

Valuation of a target company.

Support for due diligence with collaborating accountants and lawyers.
