Memfiling semua rekening koran perusahaan secara berurutan

Memfiling semua yang berkaitan dengan keuangan perusahaan

Bertanggung jawab atas semua kelengkapan dokumen (Voucher, rekening koran, dll)

Have minimum 1 year experience as Finance Officer

Minimum Education S1 Economics (Accounting/Tax)

Mastering all SOP Finance, Accounting & Tax

Make sure all transactions are recorded accurately

Maintain financial books, trial balance, payroll reports and reconciliation of all banks

Support for annual budget preparation and maintenance of budget information in the system

Perform preparation of financial data for the benefit of the auditor

Fresh graduate, D3/S1 majoring in accounting/finance

Have work experience min. 1 year in the same field will be an advantage

Record company transactions, including AP, AR, to bank and cashier reconciliations

Prepare company financial reports for corporate and external interests (tax reporting, bank financial institutions, etc.)

Perform tax calculations & reporting according to applicable rates

Min. 3 years experience in Finance, Accounting, Tax or other related field

Deep knowledge of Indonesia Taxand Finance Law & Regulation

Monitoring staff payment request or reimbursement related to finance

Responsible in all tax and finance matters of the company

Min. Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related field

Performing weekly, quarterly and yearly accounting operation including tax reporting

Coordinate with other division within the bank for any GL testing/enhancement which might be needed to meet business requirement.

Achieve zero high risk audit finding and able to strengthen team skills with high quality of individual performance.

Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experiences in banking or financial industry.

Be able to engage, work collaboratively within the Finance Function as well as other stakeholders across Global Businesses and Global Functions.

Strong interpersonal skills, motivation and energy levels.

Basic knowledge of banking products, system process and controls.

3-4 years of professional experience in finance and accounting or financial management

Experience in financial management of USAID Project and knowledge of USAID operational policies and procedures (ADS) preferred.

Essential KSAs Required (experience, Skills, Education, Certification, Etc.)

Assist the Finance Manager to produce various management reporting.

Support the Finance Manager in monitoring and reporting petty cash managed by Finance Assistant, which include but not limited to:

Assist the Finance Manager in monitoring and liaising with project partners on financial matters.

At least 3 years experience delivering or administrating marketing campaigns and/or promotions and management

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

At least 3 years experience with AR & AP and invoicing

Excellent communication, organisation skills and interpersonal skills

Some marketing will be required, minor tasks managing company websites and other assistance as required
