Responsibilities

• Creating weekly financial flow and making sure cash flow under control
• Complying with state and federal tax regulations and assist in handing tax confirmation letter from tax office
• Guide the internal team on project funding estimates, prepare budget and analyses
• Always up-to-date on financial policy, practices and regulations
• Collect data and analyze to generate weekly and monthly estimations
• Monitoring and reporting on accounting inconsistents
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting
• Direct report to head office in China
• Performing weekly, quarterly and yearly accounting operation including tax reporting
• Responsible in all tax and finance matters of the company
• Analyze and report on financial condition include varitations in income statements
• Monitoring staff payment request or reimbursement related to finance
• Bookeping daily transaction in the system and produce monthly financial stataement

Qualifications

• Preferable to hold Brevet A /Brevet B Certificate
• Great time management skill
• Deep knowledge of Indonesia Taxand Finance Law & Regulation
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping competencies
• Fluent in English, Mandarin will be plus point
• Advanced proviency in using Ms. Office and Accounting Software
• Min. 3 years experience in Finance, Accounting, Tax or other related field
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related field
