Job Requirement :

• Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs
• An adaptable personality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and within tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Min 1-2 year experience in Handling events or Wedding
• A self-motivated attitude in order to independently conduct meetings
• Fluent in English and Indonesian (Verbal / written)
• Excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to provide solutions to client

• Report to the Wedding Manager
• Providing wedding/engagement consulate services to the client
• Ensure the experience of the wedding is above the customer's expectations
• Maximizes revenue by up-selling the package
• Following and responding to the payment to the customer
• Handle meetings, technical issues, and guest needs of the wedding or event
