Job Description

We are looking for “Warranty & Claim Admin” for Beko Indonesia team which will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.


Personnel Qualification

  • Capable to operate Ms. Office package (especially Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Able to communicate in English (written and oral)
  • Diploma Degree with at least 2 years relevant experience
  • Experience with electronic service center administration
  • Knowledge in warranty, claim, and revenues management
  • Experience in SAP / ERP is major advantage
  • Or High School Degree with at least 5 years relevant experience
  • Willing to work during the weekend


Job Responsibilities

  • Filling document and ensuring audit matters
  • Data validation (ticket by ticket on invoice sheet)
  • Collect and check invoice sheet, get approval and submit to finance
  • Other ad-hoc duties to be assigned by the time
