Admin Claim Staff Jobs

Accountable on daily operations to meet productivity or service standards as defined by management in line with department and/or division.

Manage and resolve complaints and escalate to supervisor/manager if needed.

Managed time for work on shifts, guided by the manager on 24/7 service deliverable.

Minimum qualification diploma (Nursing or other medical-related fields).

2 years working experience in healthcare, insurance, TPA, or related fields.

Excellent knowledge of health insurance policy, health claims procedures, and terminology.

Knowledge in warranty, claim, and revenues management

Experience with electronic service center administration

Diploma Degree with at least 2 years relevant experience

Or High School Degree with at least 5 years relevant experience

Experience in SAP / ERP is major advantage

Collect and check invoice sheet, get approval and submit to finance

Min 1 years experience in related field

Experience in the field of e-commerce or logistics is a plus.

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance or equivalent

Proactive attitude and have a good communication skill

Good problem solving and High attention to details.
