Used Car Sales Manager

Responsibilities :

• Launch, control and review sales program (dealer & customer) to ensure the effectiveness of the program
• Cooperate with third parties (Bank, Community, Dealers, etc) to do marketing activity in order to explore potential market
• Assess B2B & B2C local market conditions & business competition and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
• Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
• Conduct program and create product/package with (or without) ATPM or Dealers to increase sales volume and market share
• Develop and maintain relationship with Agen Tunggal Pemegang Merk (ATPM) and its Dealers network
• Bring out the best of Sales Team Members by providing training, coaching, development and motivation

Qualifications :

• In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques.
• Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills
• Placement Denpasar - Bali Area
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a sales position, preferably in automotive or financing industry
