Job Description

  • Organize training requirements and execute training activities based on schedule
  • Implementing 5S, values and quality control circle
  • Provide training for employees based on training need analysis (TNA)


Qualification

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in the same position
  • Having knowledge about industrial/manufacture process
  • Experienced in manufacture industry is a plus point
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major, preferably from industrial engineering / psychology
  • Placement: Jakarta Timur and Kudus, Central Java
