We are seeking an exceptional Trainer & Writer to join our team and make a lasting impact on our learners. You will be responsible for:

• As company representative for business needed
• Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of different audiences and learning objectives.
• Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging topics.
• Run and execute company training schedule to all employee
• Create compelling written content, such as articles, blog posts, instructional materials, and marketing collateral.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually, to educate and empower participants.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and materials, making improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Develop engaging and informative training materials, including curriculum, presentations, manuals, and online resources.
• Provide guidance and support to learners, answering questions and addressing concerns throughout the training process.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and relevancy of training and written materials.

Requirements

• Strong research skills to gather and analyze information from various sources.
• Bachelor's degree in english language,english literature or a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver training sessions in a clear and engaging manner.
• Experience in curriculum development, or training program creation.
• Ability to adapt training techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles and audience needs.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional methodologies.
• Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in training materials and written content.
• Strong writing and speaking in english for writing skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
