Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the achievement of sales targets in accordance with the regulations
  • Responsible for supervising and educating product offerings via tele
  • Ensuring all work processes are carried out correctly in accordance with procedures


Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Team Leader Telemarketing/Telesales
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in all major
  • Used to work with Microsoft Office and technology literate
  • Strong in leadership and people orientation
  • Knowledge of multi-finance business and company products
  • Have a good communication skill
  • Willing to be placed at TangCity Mall - Tangerang
