Role Overview

The role of Technical Implementation Consultant will report to the Head of Services. You will shape innovative solutions based on Engage RM’s Microsoft Dynamics CRM, resulting in end to end digital projects which help customers in achieving their outcomes. This role will require you to develop deep understanding of our clients’ processes and typical business needs.

In this role, you will also be a key member in the identification and design of solutions extending the EngageRM product.The implementation consultant will be required to oversee projects and ensure that we are delivering the appropriate outcomes.

The role is full time with the ability to work remotely. You will work with a highly experienced and very passionate team, with interesting and varied work. Significant opportunities are available for a high performer in this role.

In this role, you will:

•Implement Dynamics 365 CRM and the EngageRM solution for customers

•Perform workshops with clients to identify requirements, customizations, business rules and processes

•Analyze customer data, and assist with mapping, transforming and importing

•Perform progress and status meetings with clients on regularly scheduled intervals

•Work with the EngageRM development team to identify and document newly identified solutions for addition to the platform

•Document and design functional and product specifications

•Design conceptual architecture and technical solutions that leverages the most innovative Microsoft technologies

•Support the team as Subject Matter Expert on Dynamics CRM projects

•Support the team to ensure that project quality meets standards

•Manage partnerships with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, positive client interaction

About you:

•You are familiar with data. You have experience integrating, transforming, mapping and manipulating data

•You are excited to expand your knowledge, and consulting skills, within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 product environment.

•Attention to detail and discipline to follow established policies and processes, as well as help shape these policies and procedures.

•You enjoy working in a high-performing team and contribute strongly to its success.

•You love sports, and are excited to assist teams in taking their business to the next level utilizing Dynamics 365 CRM and the EngageRM solution!

•Able to work under minimal supervision

•Must have attention to detail and ability to think out of box

•Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

•Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

•Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with our diverse team, as English is the primary language used within the company.

Your must have skills and experience:

•Experience implementing, customising or developing within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM)

•You have a degree, or equivalent experience, in fields such as software engineering, computer science, mathematics, etc

•An understanding of software development principles, ideally within the Microsoft development ecosystem

•Familiarity with business application software implementations

•Understanding of cloud architectures and trends

•Comfortable interfacing with clients and managing tasks and expectations

•Demonstrated experience with large development projects using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM)

•Demonstrated experience in developing CRM custom workflows and plug-ins

•Demonstrated experience in integrating D365 (CRM) with other software solutions

•Working knowledge of relational databases and data migration concepts

•Business Analysis skills on CRM related projects

Highly desirable skills:

•Experience developing flows with Power Automate

•Experience with Customer Voice

•Experience with Teams Telephony / Calling

•Experience developing SSRS / Power BI reports and dashboards

•Experience with Microsoft Marketing

•Experience with MS SQL
