Tech Recruiter (Intern)

I'm looking for an intern tech recruiter team to work with me.

Job description

• Maintaining a network of high-potential candidates for proactive hiring
• Support all necessary administration relating to the hiring process
• Actively follow up and look for IT talent such as Web & Mobile Developer, QA Engineer, etc. (portal job, hunting approach, social media, etc)
• Build healthy and innovative sourcing channels and talent pipelines

Requirement

• Able to work for a minimum 3-6 months of internship (office hours)
• A good communicator
• Final year student or fresh graduate from psychology or management (experience as an intern in the HR/recruitment area will be a plus point)
• Passionate about people and recruitment
• Target-driven, but with a focus on quality
