Team Leader Telesales - Yogyakarta Area


Qualifications :

· Min. education D3 in all majors

· 3 years of experience in Telesales

· Familiar with Target & High Pressure

· Strong leadership and able to lead the team

· Good communication and negotiation skills

· Mastering Gdocs and Ms. Office

· Hard-working, disciplined, and responsible

· Willing to Work from Office in Yogyakarta

· Can join ASAP


Responsibles :

· Ensuring the team to carries out the Company's SOP.

· Monitor the sales movement of each team.

· Ensuring the team achieves its Personal KPI & Team KPI.

· Analyzing & recapitulating the team's daily data for presentation.

· Increase product sales to meet company targets, etc.
