Sortation Team Leader (Jabodetabek)

:

• Oversees end to end process and daily operations of (inbound, sorting, outbound) 1 hub delivery

• Responsible to monitor, report, and achieve key operational metrics (Order to Delivery, Productivity, Cost, Throughput, etc.)

• Set up manpower allocation plan based on forecast volume (weekly and daily)

• Ensure hub operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training hub employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals

• Train and manage hub team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short and long-term performance goals

• Executes improvement initiatives across hubs

• Maintain documentation and ensures accurate records of hub activities

Requirements:

• Min. 3 to 5 years experience in Logistic industry especialy Sortation Hub

• Knowledgeable about the overall Logistic processes & flow

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Powerpoint)

• Highly motivated & energized

• Great team orientation & leadership skills
