Responsibilities:

Social Media:

• Using social media analytical tools to monitor and evaluate the company social media performance.
• Manage POCO Indonesia social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Tiktok).
• Set and brief social media ads plan to media buying agency.
• Create social media content plan+copywriting that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.
• Maintain the engagement on all social media channels.
• Work closely with creative team and others related team to ensure content is informative & appealing.
• Create social media marketing strategy and campaign for brand or product.
• Lead the social media & creative agency to work according to the direction and team needs.

Digital Marketing:

• Optizming and maintain performance campaign CPAS to get good ROAS, high traffic, lower CPA, good CTR%, and efficiency cost
• Reviewing and monitoring data campaign gradually also choose best channel to maximizing the campaign
• Coordinating with Media agency related to Media plan to optimize the campaign to have max result
• Create creative strategy for social media through ideation content, content pillar to get high reach and good ER%
• Handled social media platform POCO Indonesia: Instagram, FB, Youtube, Twitter
• A/B Testing Campaign to improve the media performances from creative side
• Fast learner to explore new digital channel to improve campaign and maximize result

Requirements:

Social Media :

• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
• Analytical and multitasking skills
• Hands on experience in content management
• Knowledge of online marketing channels
• Familiarity with web design
• Proven work experience as a Social media manager
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)

Digital Marketing:

• Have sense of creativity on content
• Have experience in digital marketing field at least 2 years
• Have experience handled Paid ads: Google ads, FB/IG ads, CPAS, Programmatic etc also have experience handled organic social media: handle editorial plan and social media strategy
• Data driven person to analysis data digital
• Have experience on Media Agency, creative agency, or E-commerce will have point plus
• Maintain and optimize digital metrics: Reach, ER%, CTR%, conversion/sales, ROAS etc
• Proficiency in english and excel
