Senior Staff Accountant Jobs

PT FURUNO ELECTRIC INDONESIA are looking for SENIOR ACCOUNTING STAFF.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing accounting support to the accounting manager or other department supervisors/managers in the company. This individual will track and research any accounting issues that arise. They will work closely with all internal business units to aid in their financial tracking.

Responsibilities

• Prepare payments and collections.
• Maintain company’s assets and documents.
• Prepare financial data and reports required by the Company.
• Ready to work overtime, especially in the closing period.
• Identified and manage VAT and income taxes in daily transactions.
• Perform Tax administration and reconciliation.
• Documenting all transactions, letters, and other files in a proper way.
• Ready and willing to do other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Company.
• Perform daily and/or monthly accounting activities such as journalizing, inputting transactions into the accounting system, making reports, and maintaining transaction evidence.

Qualifications

• Familiar with operating Microsoft Office programs. Having knowledge of the Accounting program is an advantage.
• Min. 3 years experience in Accounting/Tax department
• Having basic accounting knowledge and understanding of the accounting process.
• Having Taxation knowledge/working experience is an advantage.
• Good and active in English, written and verbal.
• D3/S1 major in Accounting/Taxation.
• Hardworking, detail-oriented, multitasker, can work in a team, having a good and positive attitude.
