Job Description

SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER


Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed design presentations, including mood boards, 3D renderings, and material samples, to effectively communicate design concepts to clients.
  • Conduct site visits and measurements to assess the feasibility of design concepts and ensure they align with building codes and regulations.
  • Source and specify furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials that align with the project's aesthetic and budgetary requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and functional requirements, translating them into innovative and creative design solutions.
  • Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring exceptional design quality and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations, integrating them into the design process to deliver cutting-edge solutions to our clients.
  • Oversee and mentor a team of talented interior designers, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure the successful execution of design plans and seamless project delivery.


Requirements:

  • Orang Baik
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD and SketchUp.
  • Min. 2 years of working experience in interior drafting or a related field.
