Position: Junior Interior Designer

Location: Pantai Indah Kapuk (North Jakarta)

As a Junior Interior Designer at RX, you will play a crucial role in shaping the ambiance and design elements of our wellness center. Your primary objective will be to create a captivating and harmonious space that aligns with our vision of providing a holistic healing experience. You will collaborate closely with our senior designers, architects, and management to conceptualize, plan, and execute interior design projects that exude tranquility, warmth, and a sense of inner peace.

Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualization and Design: Brainstorm and develop innovative design concepts that integrate elements of wellness, nature, and contemporary aesthetics to create a cohesive and inviting space.
2. Space Planning: Create efficient and ergonomic layouts that maximize functionality while ensuring a seamless flow throughout the center.
3. Material and Furniture Selection: Curate a selection of soothing and sustainable materials, furniture, fabrics, and decorative elements that resonate with the concept of relaxation and well-being.
4. Color Palette and Lighting: Choose appropriate color schemes and lighting solutions that contribute to the serene atmosphere and enhance the overall ambiance.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with the architecture and construction teams to ensure the design vision is implemented accurately and efficiently.
6. Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in interior design and wellness practices to infuse creativity and innovation into the projects.
7. Client Interaction: Interact with clients to understand their preferences and requirements, incorporating their feedback into the design process.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
2. 1-2 years of professional experience as an interior designer (internships included).
3. A strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design concepts, preferably with experience in wellness, hospitality, or spa projects.
4. Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
5. Knowledge in DED (Detail Drawing)
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
7. Passion for wellness and a strong belief in its positive impact on individuals' lives.
